Required Documents

The appointment of full-time faculty members shall comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and must be approved through a three-tier review process conducted by the department (or institute), college, and university-level Faculty Evaluation Committees. Detailed qualification requirements and review procedures are available on the official websites of the respective departments and institutes.

In addition, NCKU administers its faculty recruitment initiatives through designated units: the Outstanding Talent Recruitment Program is overseen by the Office of Research and Development, while the Elite Talent Recruitment Program is coordinated by the Office of Sustainable and Strategy Development.

Compensation and Support
